Beat The Heat




The scorching summer heat is hard on our bodies, our moods, and our electric bills. Don’t let the temperature get you down, though.
Here are some tips to beat the heat this summer

1.Stay hydrated



It is very important to stay hydrated all year around and in su,summers when we sweat a it becomes very very important to drink lots of water 

2.Exercise



Have you skipped your exercise because of excessive heat and sweat ? If yes then you might be wrong because exercise can keep you fresh all day long and in summers you tend to loose more calories than in winters by exercise

3.clothes



We all want to look fashionable but in summers if you want to look fresh then you should look at the fabric of your clothes . In summers the best fabric is cotton.

4.Food



Track your food in summers because foods play important role to cool or heat the body avoid oily,spicy,fried foods and include seasonal fruits in your diet. Herbs like mint also helps to cool down

5.Stay home



Don't go out in sun unless or until it is very important because sun rays in summer can cause heat stroke,skin allergy,tanning and what not.
If you love to explore markets prefer evening time and if you are stepping out in afternoon sun then make sure to carry a water bottle some snacks in your bag because sun sucks energy from our body. Don't forget to apply sun screen before stepping out
